Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Contact our staff to speak with you about your goals and needs. You might be looking for supported accommodation for individuals with disabilities or a high-support home with specialization, and we start with listening.
Step 2: Assessment
We take a complete assessment to realize your medical, social, and environmental requirements. We determine your eligibility for disability support services in Australia as well as SDA funding via NDIS.

What is Specialist Disability Accommodation?
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a new type-specific housing for people with severe functional impairment or very high support needs. It provides a secure, accessible setting where support services can be efficiently delivered, facilitating disability and carers’ independence.
Who is eligible for SDA?
Eligibility is established through the NDIS. The person must show serious functional impairment or highly intensive care needs that necessitate specialist accommodation. SDA funding for accommodation and daily care as disability help or SIL services.
How is SDA different from Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
SDA pays for the house itself—design, location, and building—while SIL or disability carers support pays for daily living support. Both can be part of your NDIS plan, but they are funded differently.
Can I choose who I live with and where?
Yes. Participant choice is core to SDA. You have the freedom to choose whether you want to live alone, with others, and where you want to live, depending on your life choices. We also help locate vacant SDA accommodations for people with disabilities that align with your interests.
